just doing dinner and skipping the rest works really well for me
I'm not OMAD but I eat one big meal (lunch) and just a small one in the evening. It is amazing how much more I get done when not distracted by food/hunger. Of course it only works because I'm carnivore. Animal protein holds for so much longer than other foods.

Yeah binge eating/snacking was only happening for me when I wasn’t taking care to eat enough meat/cheese. There was a time I was overweight and eating huge bowls of rice/pasta and rarely being satiated
Which was a quality over quantity issue: I was starving for protein but thinking that tons of calories was what it meant to “eat well”
yep. The main issue I have is that dinner is quite late here in Argentina, if I had dinner at 5-6 pm it would be better.

Yep, started doing that during lockdown and haven’t looked back.
I just started on intermittent fasting (1 meal a day) about 10 days ago and I’ve already lost 20 pounds of fat while maintaining lean muscle.
Mentally, I’ve never felt better or had better focus in my life!
