Yes, it is RAD IDE similar like Embarcadero Delphi but fully open source. I have used Embarcadero Delphi only when I'm still university student. Our teaching instructors teach us with Pascal as our first programming language 😅

If you don't mind your local relay can be accessed publicly by others then you can probably try reverse tunnel using reverse tunnel service such as

Run command in termux:
cloudflared tunnel --url http://localhost:port
It will give free accesible random domain to access our local relay.

It might be both. At least I think it was because you have posted quite often especially in US/Europe active times even when midnight in our Asia time zones. So your presence becomes more obvious as nostr active users.

Two dependency modules have been updated with notable changes including:
- Basic cache support
- Enable CUDA/GPU acceleration support (improve inference/prediction time performance) with CPU fallback (auto)

Relay operators who have self-hosted #NostrFilterRelay can deploy those API instance with the latest release. Alternative language detection module was also available.
