Just listened to a police interrogation where the guy tried to use the fact that he bought three hotel rooms the night of the murder as an alibi.

This is ironic because looking at your account, you'd fit in much better there than you do here.
Wow and it's not even me for once.
Gm everyone.
It was a case with a lot of video interviews and public drama, so it was a content farm, and the Youtubers just swarmed it for easy clout.
There was a guy in Florida who basically got criminally harassed and defamed by both the police and True Crime Youtube a couple years ago for doing his job as a funeral escort.
He pretty much did everything by the book, but because Youtubers are retarded and don’t actually know the law, they just trusted the police, and decided to ruin his name and business.
I’ve never seen anyone actually call them out for doing this. They just kind of forgot about him because there was no new content, but that was a thing that happened.
If you know, you know.
Tfw your gf copes with her social anxiety by publicly berating you to everyone you meet and you realize you will never be able to escape your mother because she possesses the body and soul of every foid you interact with.
It’s on a lot of proprietary apps and websites, there are links on the official site to several online browser versions.
The reason most FOSS apps don’t have it is probably because they don’t know about it. It’s popular in niche circles, but obscure overall.
Oh, and it contains all the Apocryphal books that you’d find in a modern translation, like the ESV, which has the Eastern Orthodox books. The KJV’s only included what was in the Latin Vulgate.
It’s based on the ASV, which was a revision made to the KJV in the late 1800’s, so textually very similar.
The grammar is updated to be more like the NKJV, but it’s generally more on reverent side than the NKJV is.
The text type of the ASV New Testament was Alexandrian, but they corrected the variants back to Byzantine. However, it’s modern, open source Byzantine critical text, not the Textus Receptus that the KJV used. I think that’s a good thing, but if you’re a Textus Receptus supremacist for some axiomatic reason, you might not like it.
The Old Testament is basically identical to the KJV in every way, including hilarious phrases like “he who urinates against the wall” as a reference to a generic male. Some would argue that’s to a fault, because we know a lot more about Hebrew now, but you can still understand pretty much everything through context clues, just like in the KJV.
Free and Open Source Bible translation?
Yes, it exists, and it’s actually good.
Thinking about how, when we were teenagers, 14-17, my older brother would either wake up me, or his older brother, to walk him through the house when he had to pee or get a snack at night, because he was afraid of the dark.
Can we talk for a minute about how lunar calendars make no sense?
