Of course! It's the simplest. Just plain rice, with a fried egg mixed with chopped onions and chillies. In the bowl, its a kind of lentil, Moong Daal, in Bangla. The typical lentil recipe with no onions/garlic. And I just charred a dried chili and mixed it with chopped onions as you can see at the corner of the plate. It adds a nice layer of smokey flavour that goes so well with everything else!
