Just gonna leave this here...

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.”

A few weeks ago I learned that you clean the headband contacts. Mine were dirty but not corroded like in the video here. Given that I now get full stereo with a wired connection, the headband is probably not the issue.

Looks like it also has Peyronie disease.

Yes, wishful thinking, I know. But I have to hold on to some small sliver of hope....

My predictions:

-Nauseating levels of hyperbole related to Mahomes and Kelce

-Vomit-inducing levels of coverage of Taylor Swift

-The once-great commercials will be disappointing as most companies don't have the balls to do anything provocative or funny anymore, for fear of social media backlash. I

I just embrace sucking at most things I do. I view it as managing expectations.

The problem is you can't figure out irrational ideas by using rational thoughts.

BREAKING: New York Times “journalist” Dick Cuckerson is a BANKER.

The nostr:npub10qrssqjsydd38j8mv7h27dq0ynpns3djgu88mhr7cr2qcqrgyezspkxqj8 investigative team worked closely with nostr:npub13tctmes9ug5gcj4huj92ryw2ky600l62xwmkssdn9mmkf8y0u6jq5g7qx7 and made the shocking discovery early this morning.

Can’t believe NYT is hiring bankers to write their #Bitcoin FUD op-eds…

These anti-Bitcoin  propagandists are a DISGRACE. nostr:note13595xhlxadtkpqjqa4p5j3quesq8m4n7m7sj222nhe9unzaqfwvq7cl9wa

I absolutely can believe it. The level of desperation of the bankers and their cronies (like Liz Warren) is probably hitting a fever pitch after the ETF approval, success at attracting inflows of capital and the ancillary effects of marketing, media coverage, etc. Combine this with the Dept of Energy efforts, FINCEN, Liz Warren's proposed regs, etc., and we are firmly in the "then they fight you" phase.
