If I understand what you are looking for, you would rather not have any idea that someone has "liked," boosted, or reposted any of your posts, and even hide other users comments if they are under 10 characters long. I don't think any clients exist with those sorts of options.

When considering whether a client might exist that does something you want, it is helpful to think about whether what you're looking for is likely to be desired by a large number of other users, or is it a niche feature that a relatively small amount of people actually would want.

Even things where you believe there are plenty of people who would want a certain feature, it is worth considering whether that is a features the developers perceive is desired by the users. In other words, is it something they are being asked for regularly, or is it something they rarely, if ever, see requested?

If it falls in the latter category, and I think your idea here would, you will need to either build it for yourself and make it available to those who may want it, or else hire a dev to build it for you, thus incentivizing them to divert their time away from what they perceive more users want.
