Well, all depends on what you want. I have a love/hate relationship with this composure stuff. Yeah, it doesn’t rot, but it’s a bit of a pain to work with and very unforgiving. It also holds a lot of heat in peak summertime.

I try, it’s been a long project though lol

Fancy, high falootin’ steps

It was a good one, but it ain’t mine originally, I just stole it from a forum and put it to work lol I hate a tangled cord though.

Nice! I’m waiting on my comfrey plant to re-re-establish itself so I can make some comfrey salve lol

Man, you gotta do a desk pop. You ain’t real if you ain’t ever done a desk pop.

Seriously serious, it’s a joke that was popularized by the will Ferrell/mark wahlberg movie “The Other Guys” iirc. That whole scene was epic lol

Ahh, my beloved bucket cord. Found this way of keeping dropcords on a construction forum couple years ago and it quickly became my favorite. Simply start at the male end, keep a few feet out of the bucket, start pulling the cord into the bucket and letting it spool around the interior of the bucket until you have the female end in the bucket, then spool the male end on top. To use, plug in the male end and grab the female end and start walking, what you need will spool right out for you. When you’re done, spool the female end back inside and toss in the male end, done. Keeps the cord clean, tangle free, and also lets the cord flex how it naturally wants to instead of forcing it into a daisy chain or something else.

What kind of salve? And when will it be available for purchase?

Wait….we’re not supposed to zap ourselves?

In all seriousness, is zapping yourself the nostr version of a #DeskPop?

So the house I’m working at has a leaky outside spigot, which means there’s constantly a wet spot on their concrete pad. The honeybees are absolutely loving it this morning, there’s constantly a handful drinking their fill in the puddle every time I walk by. I tried to get a pic but my lowly iPhone X ain’t good enough for it to see the bees without me getting so close they get spooked lol so this crappy vidya is the best I could do

If only…but what ever would that be..? Lol

That’s what made me finally start buying their stuff. All the reviews of their leather are saying 15-20 years as a baseline. Only complaints I ever see is weight. Started with just the 2” belt cause my cheap ones were about to die, got the 5 in 1 hammer loop cause my cheap one died, then got these suspenders last week cause my belt was starting to kill my hips. Plan to replace my other pouches as they die also. The Ox Tools Outback isn’t a bad pouch for the money, but I figure I’ll still kill it pretty quick.

Yeah it makes me mad everytime I have to go buy something. We’re gonna get a new bed soon, and I’m gonna have to get an ikea (one of the deals with storage drawers under it) because even though I could build something for that same money in materials, I don’t have the time, and In just another month or two my wife won’t be able to get in and out of our current bed cause it’s too tall. But it’s all pressboard and plywood tomfoolery and it’s just yuck.
