Nah, we just don’t eat much veggies, and I don’t like throwing meat in there cause it draws flies. It does get all the weeds and stuff from my planters and anyway tree limbs and shit that won’t go through my little electric chipper.

I mean that’s perfect. Keep it moist as worms breath through their skin. Your worms will probably be happier and multiply faster than mine because I don’t near that level of scraps, most of my worm

Food is shredded paper and cardboard.

Ain’t bad. Ain’t exactly my cup of tea but wasn’t bad.

Had to look that one up cause not a single song in my head had those lyrics. Just to make sure, you referring to the Wilson Phillips song?

That’s exactly it. I’ve been doing this gig for nearly 15 years now. It was different back then, and I was different. Each class has gotten progressively worse, and I no longer feel the same about what I do. It’s time to let it go, and has been for a while, but I can’t let the money go just yet so I’m having to hang in for a while longer.

Oh it ain’t a lack of hobbies. This specific gig is just a whole lot of downtime that takes me away from my youngins and stuff I could be accomplishing at home. It pays good, but the pay is getting to where it ain’t worth it no more.

I’ve been in a field for the last 2 days, just over 36 hours straight, two separate locations and no shade at either, playing OpFor…and I’m really tired of not being home. I’ve always been a homebody, but it just has gotten so much worse getting older and having my own kids. I just wanna raise my kids, raise my plants, and build shit in my shop to use and sell. #Soon

My grandparents rendered lard until I was in my teens. Circa 2000’s. Lard is actually simpler to render than tallow but very similar. Make it liquid, pull out impurities, keep cold for longest life

She’s been interested in books since she figured out how to grab things, though I think it might be the noise they make more than anything. I’m hoping she’ll pick up reading, and hopefully her momma can teach her how to read fast like she does cause I’m slow compared lol

She’s 9 months also! She’s hell on wheels ima tell ya, into everything she can reach!

Put a second coat of waste oil on the trailer, it seemed to be pretty thirsty still.

Then, inspiration struck upon me as I contemplated my pile of scrap PVC. Took a piece of 4” and drilled some 2” holes and then some 1/2” at the bottom at random. Took some 1.5” I had laying around (I feel it might be a little small too but it’s what I had and the youngin was napping so I had limited time) and cut a bunch of angled pieces to cover the ten 2” holes. Didn’t have any PVC glue (again, daughter was napping, no time to go get any) so I used some Alex+ caulk I had sitting around and smeared it on real thicc. Plan is to put the whole thing in a bucket, full bucket and pipe with dirt and have myself a little vertical garden. I’ll probably leave the area above the top outlets as mulch so I can keep adding over time, but may also plant that area too, ain’t decided yet.

Sounds like a plan to me. I can’t promise they’ll make it back to you though, shipping is unreliable and all, you know…
