I would love to connect with all the OG cypherpunks on here. I know they’re probably loving it. Happy Cypherpunk Manifesto 30th Anniversary. Onward.

Correct. Nothing wrong with codifying disclosures. The crypto shitstorm is all the evidence needed to show that retail doesn’t know how to DYOR.
Bear market has been rougher on some than others…

Largely concur, but securities laws are perfectly logical.
“Central banks represent theft.” -Javier Milei, Argentinian presidential candidate (in favor of dollarization triage and Bitcoin adoption in Argentina)
Potentially controversial, but plebs should be pushing their politicians to spend as much as possible; it brings the fiat fever dream to an end that much faster. Trojan horse, baby.
Of this I am certain.
Thank you for this. Realized I need to be working on some street tacos NOW.
Imagine if the country simultaneously dollarizes and adopts Bitcoin?! A “currency competition” as presidential candidate Javier Milei puts it. I’m bullish AF on Argentina (moving back in Sept).
In other fantastic news...
I'm officially a Spiral BTC grantee, all in on bringing Bitcoin to you and your community through the Fedimint Protocol 🔆
In particular, I've been working on the gateway component, a lightning ⚡ bridge between a Fedimint community and the rest of the Bitcoin world.
Can't wait to have this exciting custody and transaction and scaling protocol out in the wild for you to run and test. Working on it!

Onwards! ⚡⚡🤙🏾🔆
Congrats! I need to keep studying, but bullish AF for what chaumian mints can bring to the world.
LOL this is why the First World is kinda fucked when it comes to BTC. Sooo many dummy bureaucrats stand in the way.
Next time. Las Sierras de Córdoba are spectacular. Home to the 2nd-largest Oktoberfest on the continent. Something about Germans settling in the moutains for some reason in the 40s.
Using Argentinian 10 peso notes as wallpaper. Bitcoin fixes this.

I intend on learning what the hardware world is like in Argentina currently to learn about the most appropriate tech to use for a South American who wants to support the network in a sovereign manner. Many people in the US take for granted the ocean of hardware they’re swimming in.
As weird as this may sound, I feel like my move to Argentina is catapulting me into the future bc Bitcoin will flourish there out of sheer necessity. I wonder if people feel the same in El Salvador.
Insert “why not both?” meme. Get the podcast 2.0 boys on this.
