I definitely would not go all in on Bitcoin. I always plan for failure and don't want to lose it all on a single bet.
https://bisq.network for on-chain
Robosats.com for Lightning.
How much are you willing to risk on this Bitcoin horse winning the race?
Get to that risk point as fast a possible, then HODL and don't worry about DCA.
Nobody knows for sure that Bitcoin can win the race because it is attempting to displace a fiat system that has had a 100+ year head start. This fiat system is controlled by a group that won't go down without a fight.
In my mind, Bitcoin will be successful when 60% of the people in the world are actively using Bitcoin.
At what point are you now in your understanding of bitcoin? I would at least.
1. Run your own full node in mainnet.
2. Run a pruned node in testnet for training/education
a. get a basic understanding of how transactions flow.
b. memspool.space good place to track transaction(s)
c. testnet great place to experiment without risk of losing funds.
3. Use a self-hosted bitcoin wallet with cold storage
4. Use no-KYC method for stacking sats.
Think of bitcoin like you do a car. Just learn how to drive it at first, then go deeper into the inner workings of it as time allows.
You need BTC balance young grasshopper.
Ignore it and any other predictions about pricing . Just stack sats and live on. The only time price matters is when you enter and when you exit.
Well the excuse they provided me was they suspected the account was hacked. I think their software monitoring just screwed up and they were unwilling fess up to the actual reason.
The primary reason for getting off of proton is because their support interface is to use email. Anyway their support sucks big time. Took over a week to get the account operational again.
After Protonmail banned my account for no reason, I'm switching to tuta.com for my email service.
Making progress on the effort of running a self-hosted Hashicorp Vault server on Linux with PowerShell.
Current logic tested and running with 100% RestApi of the Vault Server. Now onto implementing the KV store logic.

This is why nostr will have no competition.

Weird I've not had a channel closure in 8 months or better.
My bitch is the effort trying to maintain balanced liquidity in the channels.
Running a LN node isn't a money maker for me, but the experience and knowledge gained from it is invaluable.
I've been hosting for free from Oracle Cloud for over a year now at zero cost. Weird that I'm only see about 19 nodes being hosted from this environment. Maybe some are not counted because they are using Tor exclusively.
Thats ok. This way we know that you are not an AI bot.
I could possibly open a channel with you if desired.
Did you know you can host a node on Oracle Cloud for free? I've had a node running there for over a year with zero hosting cost.
According to mempool.space there are 18 other nodes running there too.
GN.
As time allows, I'm working on self-hosting Hashicorp Vault. I'm currently using KeePassXC and Keybase KV store on Linux. The future of Keybase is uncertain, so I need to be ready for when Zoom pulls the plug on Keybase. I did this back in 2019 on a pair of Windows servers, but today I'm trying to be a Linux/Powershell geek.
So far I"m seeing a clear path to accomplishing this goal which is always 90% of the battle for my anyway.
Can't be any worse that zapping yourself.
nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m why is cash app randomly closing accounts? I didn’t do anything wrong.
Looking forward to the day when these fiat on/off ramps are no longer needed.
Introducing nsec.app and nostr-login!
I've shown the prototype of https://nsec.app in December, and it's essentially an nsecbunker in your browser. It is non-custodial - your keys are stored locally in the browser, and apps can get access to your keys using NIP46. We've now turned that prototype into a real thing, and I invite you to try it. Shoutout to nostr:npub149p5act9a5qm9p47elp8w8h3wpwn2d7s2xecw2ygnrxqp4wgsklq9g722q for the designs!
Now how do we help Nostr apps adopt NIP46 for remote key access?
That's where nostr-login library comes in. If your app uses NIP07 to talk to a browser extension, then with just two lines of code you can make it talk over NIP46.
Both of these tools support the new OAuth-like flow proposed by Pablo. Below you can watch a demo of how nostr-login (added to my fork of Snort) works with Nsec.app (or would work with any other nsecbunker).
What this all means is that people could join Nostr on the web, without installing extensions or mobile apps, with their keys stored non-custodially in the Nsec.app, and then could log in to other Nostr apps without copying their private keys.

Didn't work for me on Coracle using bunker URL.
Its surprising how many people are ignorant about this.
Since our educational system is captured too, this explains why our current monetary system is not taught in school.
Consider anything that is too complicated for the everyday person to understand as a captured process.
Example, US Tax code 18,000 pages.
If it is too complicated, say GFY and move on.
