There are countless opinions on what kind of water is best to drink, but I prefer water from natural springs. It has a refreshing coolness, a distinct taste and I do make it to drink it regularly.
We know that our body is full of water (liquid), the same with Earth, it is around 70%.
What is more, water is a carrier of information and energy. For energy transfer to occur, the body requires a large amount of water.
And still, I believe there is much we don’t understand about water and its full potential.
But what I know, that in today’s world, it is especially important to manage our energy levels, work with information (#data) effectively, which makes water an essential element in this process.
