White Meat Bone Broth bubbling. Trying to decide what to cook up and water-bath can next. Salsa, relish, chutney, or sauce/condiment?
Probably going to do a gallon of laundry detergent later.
If you had told teenage-me "this is you at nearly 50", I'd have died laughing.π

That's the biggest block I keep finding whenever I bring the subject up. Have to remind myself how much I had to unlearn at the outset and let it go, I guess.

Seriously need suggestions for Orange Pilling super normie Boomer family members.
Any Bitcoiner novels yet? They don't read anything else.
Considering making them watch the Tuttle Twins cartoons.π
Suggestions from personal experiences of success would be appreciated.

Nostr is very odd. Unbound optimism, new tech garble that makes no sense, memes, spam, reposts to the point they may as well be spam...
I like the optimism. It does cynical oldies like me good to be reminded young people are still building. Even when I have no idea what y'all are burbling about, at least you're having fun.

Super busy day ahead and very little day to cram it into.β
π
IMO, the best kind of day! Nothing better than a day without time for boredom.
I'll add #coffeechain but is there any point to hashtags when they're full of spam?

Already been awake 3 hours and the 1st pot of coffee is gone.

East coast USA getting chilly!
Pretty soon I'll have to bring in the green tomatoes. Debating whether to fry them or try to make green tomato jam. We all love fried green tomatoes but this year I'll actually have enough to make jam.
Morning coffee thoughts, anything other than the work day ahead.

I'm a dabbler in crafts and a great collector of craft supplies. π
I've done wood burning, painting this and that, loom knitting, polymer clay bits and babs, occasional stitchery.
My hands and wrists aren't in great shape so I can't do any of it nearly as long as I'd like to.
Our state government sucks out loud but the people and climate are great.
Goodness, why?
I'd be moving out if I could.π But I don't think I'd go much further than NH. It's a beautiful region.
This is like being in front of a new class as a kid.
Hi! Gen X mom in Maine. I enjoy reading, pottering around in my kitchen, and as many arts and crafts as my old hands will tolerate.
Clerical worker. Pretty boring. π€·

It can be hard to self-evaluate your work, for sure.
Them paying more is proof that is was plenty good enough. Unsolicited tips are the best.
Never feel guilty for getting paid. Supplies and time ain't cheap.π

I tried River but the account set up process failed.

Spending the day deep cleaning our home and then gardening for cash. All this work is really getting in the way of my computer time.
I've been so freaking busy I've had no real research and learn time. Which is annoying because the list of stuff I don't know is only getting longer.
On that note, please drop suggestions for lightning wallets an old fart with no idea what she's doing can use.π
If they give you a script for readers, I can recommend zennioptical.com for cheap specs. Lots of frames to pick from and I've never had a bad experience.
Oh duh, I probably could have figured out what you meant if I hadn't been rushing. That makes sense.
How's your recovery other than now blind another way?
I've been trying to be on the computer and my phone less often so I miss updates.
Today's lunch break will be full of learning. I hadn't seen anything about instruction posts.

the phone as much.
