i don't know anything about backend stuff, but I am planning to look into whether you could create a faux relay that converts nostr data to twitter api calls. seems possible but will be a while until I can actually dig into it haha. I think media integration is more important.

Likes would be a nice social signal to include although I suppose vulnerable to bot spam (but no more susceptible than regular replies). I imagine that a reply message of a particular form (`"content":"meta:like"` etc.) could be interpreted and displayed by clients as a "like"

Another feature damus will have is "view as user", or "pubkey account". You can login as any user in readonly mode, see the feed they see, etc.

lol you lost me. is it like a dummy account that you can reference when creating a follow list for another user? is that user following anyone? I can't see any follows for them and don't know if its bc my client is wonky :)

yeah exactly, there's no point in trying to force other people to not see your content when you can just switch to another client that doesn't implement this. Block in damus will be filtering posts directed at you from other people.
