Talking to my boss today I mentioned my talk at the Bitcoin event. He was really interested, we got talking about some real shit, I explained what I talked about and we debated the value of the state.

We always chat using the Socratic method which I like, so he asked questions like "why couldn't you just vote to change things?" which I answered "because both parties will bring in a CBDC, and even the most well intentioned politician couldn't change a fundamentally corrupt system that is controlled by Davos."

He scheduled an hour next week entirely dedicated to continuing that discussion 👀

Finally, my exams are over, and I Passed with an accuracy of approx 97% - 98% (missing just one answer). The minimum passing marks were 70%.

It turned out much better than I had expected. Hard work and stepping out of my comfort zone really paid off.

The metabolic pathway into and out of your fat cells is a one way street. Either in or out. When you're in ketosis your fat cells are exporting triglycerides into your blood stream to be broken down and used as energy. When you eat carbohydrates your glucose becomes elevated and that pathway runs the other way taking in glucose and packaging it into triglycerides.
