Top quality, steppless grinder. Reasonably fast & powerfull motor and grind retention. (Faster is not better due to heat build up impacting flavour). Lasts forever.
To add: the grinder is more important than the coffee machine. If you don't get the grind right, you won't be getting a good extraction and hence taste either.
Rather prioritize investing in a proper grinder that lasts for years than in a expensive coffee machine in my experience.
The better you get at coffee making the more likely you will want to get a "better" machine at some point as it is the limiting factor, not necessarily the grinder (not the mazzer or anything in its range).

Printing money will certainly happen. I also watch out for other drivers for inflation/debasement such as capital/spending controls.
If you can't do with your (fiat) money what you want, it is also less useful and as such less valuable. These two actions are in my mind at the core of the uocoming monetary system change. CBDC, if ready/deployed, will be a tool to do it more effectively.

Think it's a matter of perspective. Linux for example runs on very old hardware well.
MS Windows just needs more resources in my experience and MS or OEM do not support older hardware anylonger (e.g. drivers, windiws versions). Hence, people got used to buying a new PC every so often so the softwsre they use continues working well.
Apple is kind of a special case as they own hsrdware and software. They control "obselesence".
The case of linux shows that leaner OS are key for performance and efficiency irrespective of the hardware.
👍 Agree that blood cholesterol level is not a meaningful risk indicator. There is no evidence for cholesterol being causative to artherosclerosis... Still a hypophesis (Diet-Heart Hypophesis from the 1970s).
Also important to know: dietary cholesterol does not drive blood cholestrol levels. Body produces what he needs. Hence, delibertalely eating a high cholesterol diet has little effect.
Software development in most areas (e.g. Windows, games) did not focus on using resources more efficiently because new Windows versions and games drive hardware sales. There is little incentive for developers. The generational improvements in speed, graphics etc. have become minimal. E.g. Pcie 3.0 vs. 4.0 SSD's are not meaningfully slower in day to day use.
