Tor can be finicky. Might be better to use Orbot instead of the built in ZEUS Tor daemon.

Hmm, looks like this error is from our BBQr decoder code but to our knowledge Seedsigner only supports bc-ur format.

Haven’t seen that before. Is this an on-chain send or channel open? How many UTXOs are you selecting?

Under Activity you can modify the filters to show In-transit payments. Pending HTLCs are also displayed in the wallet header under an hourglass icon.
Balance is typically deduced from the total balance when an outgoing balance is pending.

Do a quick check of all your Neutrino peers under Embedded Node > Peers > Neutrino and remove any with high ping times (hit the stop watch icon). Lower is better. Under 100 ms is ideal. 200ms is still good. Under 1000ms should still work but may give you issues. You want at least two good peers.
Then you can trigger a rescan of your wallet using Menu > Embedded node > Advanced > Rescan wallet. Takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Unfortunately, there is no UI indicator for the progress here, but you can track it under Menu -> Embedded Node > LND Logs
No need to rescan in this case:

I installed the TestFlight app on the new phone after a full data transfer and used my PIN, but it just keeps “starting my node” forever without ever going into the interface.
No, that’s not supported. You have to uninstall, reinstall and restore from seed.

If they cooperatively close, only the LSP has to pay close costs.
If you stay offline and the LSP has to force close, LSP pays for the closing TX AND both parties have to pay to sweep from the timelock.

You could cut Tor out here and do a SSH reverse tunnel for far better reliability.
