Interesting - I chose to semi-retire at 50, so got the numbers working in my favor. And honestly thought my job was killing me (because of my Type-A personality that I struggle with even today).

I'm still planning on living to over 100, though! 😉 And teaching tennis - mostly to a bunch of juniors that want to run me all over the court - should keep me young for awhile.

gonna turn in early tonight, i got too little done and although i briefed a colleague on some important work i merely spent a whole hour afterwards finally getting a simple firehose event publishing tool to start loading up my relay as needed to test the cache management

did nothing about implementing the event purging, and actually, to not forget, the tool needs to pull those events it spews, selectively so that a few are referenced a lot and some more and some almost not so when the purge comes it has a gradient to trim off the least fresh

I wear Crocs at the gym currently, if I'm wearing shoes.

My goal with that is to:

- avoid ankle support in favor of letting this muscles and tendons develop.

- provide a wide open platform to allow my feet to sprawl naturally

- avoid arch support to allow my natural arch to do it's job

I'm assuming that my problem is that I'm getting an inverse effect of arch support and that's throwing my posture off.
