Learned this the hard way. It’s not being selfish to invest in yourself first. Don’t wait until it’s gone to try to claw it back.
People think getting healthy means adding things to your life, more gym time or supplements. But really it’s a subtractive process. Start by removing the things making you sick. Your body knows how to heal itself, it just needs the space to do so.
Man has been playing god too long, it’s time to return to the earth and its wisdom
A reminder that sometimes all you need is to try looking at things from a different perspective to find beauty in life.
And no loud music. Better than any indoor gym 💪
“I am much in love with plants and above all trees, and always have been; and I find human maltreatment of them as hard to bear as some find ill-treatment of animals.” - J.R.R. Tolkien
Some are addicted to chaos and volatility, cheap forms of excitement. They don’t realize how much better quietly building in peace is.
I’ve gone back to candlelight. Healthy and beautiful, what more could you ask for.
Interested to see how this turns out
It’s all about taking responsibility for yourself, your family, your community. Unfortunately many simply don’t want to accept this burden and would rather offload it into someone else.
Everyone lately

And so you will always have both
As a dad, I pour everything into my wife, my kid, my work—leaving little for me.
But here's the truth I learned the hard way: Prioritizing yourself isn't selfish; it's essential. It fills your cup, gives you strength to give more.
We were taught to be selfless, to empty ourselves.
That's a lie.
Fill up first, or everything else crumbles.
And as Jack Kruse would say, if you can’t get the sun, go for cold exposure.
You don’t need therapy or drugs, you need this.
No EMF. No noise pollution. No toxic blue light. No notifications. No GMOs. No crowds.
Only the sun, connection to the earth, and God.
We weren’t meant to live surrounded by concrete and a million people we don’t know.
This is how we were meant to live. This is how you were meant to heal.

We have known for thousands of years that the sun is the cure. Only recently have we been led to forget. To move forward we must return to this primal wisdom.
Most people chase comfort. The ones who don’t, evolve. Not only does cold water build discipline, it also rewires your body and mind 💦
