I agree. Trying to get over the mind virus that is saving in stocks and bonds. People telling me “max out your 401(k)” so blackrock gets their management fee no matter how your portfolio performs
Add more relays! I had same issue then I added like all the suggested relays and they came back
Inspiration
Now I am going to binge eat some food for a few days then get back to my diet and cardio. But I think my new 90 day challenge will focus on trying to learn to code. Every day I’m going to try and learn something and then vent on here on how hard it is to do!!! While I didn’t get to 10% body fat I learned a lot about nutrition cardio and how to maintain a healthy body weight. If I can come out of these next 90 days with much stronger coding skills to possibly work on an open source project would be a major win for me. Not sure when I will start this challenge but soon I will.
If you decide to do this challenge here are some things to consider:
1. Get a food scale to track your calories. Also use an app to track calories and macros (Fats, Carbs, Protein)
2. Eat as much protein as you can. Lean protein is expensive so budget accordingly. To help buy tuna, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
3. Prepare to work out about twice a day. Cardio and then weight training. Try to walk as much as possible
4. Take photos to track progress
5. Carbs are not the enemy. I ate jasmine rice a lot and still lost 25 lbs.
6. Don’t give up. Life happens you might break diet or not have time to workout it’s okay! Don’t give up!! Focus on protein and walking.
Day #90: Finally done! 10% body fat challenge is over.
Started at 196 lbs and 19% body fat got down to 171 and I think I’m about 13%. The abs are not popping but I am definitely slimmer and clothes are more loose.
I am happy I did this challenge. Lessons learned. Are as follows
Day #71: Weigh in today. Lost another 2 pounds! Two pounds away from the soft goal!!
