To put it in perspective, to obtain 150 grams of protein from regular food you'd need to consume either:

* an entire chicken

* 24 chicken eggs

* 8 hamburger patties

* 1.25 pounds steak

The problem with the entire pride movement is that it is a movement of people who openly live in and identify in their sin. It would be like someone who proclaims to the world that they are a raging alcoholic or serial adulterer, they're proud of it, and love being around people who love sin as much as they do.

It's quite challenging to ingest 150+ grams of protein per day, especially when you restrict your eating to a 6 hour window.
