To put it in perspective, to obtain 150 grams of protein from regular food you'd need to consume either:
* an entire chicken
* 24 chicken eggs
* 8 hamburger patties
* 1.25 pounds steak

Just eat a ribeye
All you need is steak.
All in one day doable :P
I like eating raw ground beef and putting down 2 pounds of that in a single sitting isn't that hard. I also add egg yolks to make it fattier. I'm sure that's more than 150g of protein. More importantly, it keeps me feeling full for the whole day and it's really not much prep.
I’ve found 50g of whey isolate in water is the only way to get there sustainably.
If you check out the research, casein is better than whey by a lot. Also try to avoid emulsifiers in your powders, tough but worth it.
Eat organs. Max protein
And what is your endgoal to achieve with 150g of protein?
1.25lb of steak is a piece of cake if you don't eat plants, sugars etc. Many people eat like 2lb of meat per day just fine.
I've yet to see an adult that can eat less than 1lb of beef per day without any other food and be healthy.
Oh, and related to your previous post, many people eat 2lb of steak per day in a single meal, so eating window can be obeyed. But really, eating windows are only useful for suboptimal diets.
There's a reason why hunger signals evolved. Eat high-quality food when hungry until you're full.
