They customize your workouts according to your area of pain/problem/weakness. It checks your form with body points if you give cam access. You’re given a free health coach to speak with over the phone and make customized goals, check in appointments. They also assign you a PT that can adjust the workout or give advice. The workouts advance and they mail you items according to your workout eg resistance bands. 
I gained access to the mobile program “Hinge Health” through my health insurance and it’s great. I would recommend trying it if it’s offered.
