It's all good peeps.
Recession canceled.
Tired of the narrative being shoved down my throat.
Tired of being a tool for the algorithms.
Need some help from the #nostriches
It's been brought to my attention that my nip-05 identity isn't actually working. So some may think I am not, in fact, me.
I have a nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm account and address, and it is properly loaded into all the nip-05 fields of the nostr clients I use. Mainly nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg and nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955
I believe I've isolated the cause: I have not entered my nostr Master Key into the account settings of my Alby account. Which (I think) means that alby can't "verify" my nip-05 identity.
However, many wise nostriches have warned that one should avoid at all costs entering your nostr master key into any client software. This is what browser extensions should be doing for you instead, such as nos2x (which I use).
But all the fields for entering your public key are disabled, and seem to be more of a display field that generates your public key after you have entered your private key, or Master Key.
nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm seems fairly trustworthy, but I've a physical aversion to entering my private key, let alone my recovery seed, into their platform as it feels akin to entering my bitcoin private keys into website.
So what's the play here? Am I thinking about this wrong? Am I misunderstanding the nip-05 process?
Zapping just got a huge speed improvement for Mutiny! Zap requests should now appear within 5 seconds. #zapathon

Works great!
But you also don't choose which pool mines your tx
Unless you have a direct connect with a miner.
My point is, the average user of Bitcoin, just sending and receiving, have NO control over which miner plucks their tx out of mempool to include in block.
You can't avoid using them..
I'm approaching it from a consumer/user side.
If you are mining, yes you can just avoid those pools/ point hash at different mining pool.
“#Bitcoin should not be a dominant portion of any investors portfolio.”
But if you allocate a minor portion, it will be the dominant portion at some point in the future.

Bitcoin isn't my investment.
Bitcoin is my money.
When money works you don't have to gamble on corporations.
You can actually focus on yourself.
I gotta get around to that last part.
Unless you got direct relationship with specific mining groups. Idk what you mean by not having to use them.

Just some tweets, people saying it shouldn't be 'standard' or it's Rockstar size ambition.
Instead of congratulations, it seems they are trying to tamper the consumers expectations and justify their 'lack of complete game' (for lack of a better phrase)
Also great for people who have never touched D&D to get a feel for what it's all about.
Yeah and I know Divinity sales allowed them to make this/gave them time to finish this.
No major studio would make a game like this, no micro transactions, no season pass, feature filled game on release.
A serious breath of fresh air.
