It's not always about the zaps. You don't even know how much a like/heart, retreat, or positive comment will be the thing that keeps another person going through their day. Be the wind in another ship's sails, the tiny respite in a horrible day.
Imagine that one tiny input from you is the lifeline that a lost, drowning swimmer needs to survive another day. Be kind. Take a moment, if you throw a positive thought to a stranger, what's the worst that could happen.

If I lived to be thousands of years old I would barely scratch the surface of all the fantastic things to learn about nature, our planet, the human mind, it's endless!
Need but won't receive, sometimes even if not blind people refuse to see. If the pain tolerance is too low the comfortable lie is less painful.
Most people shy away from pain, and often the truth hurts!
It's hard when people are unfairly critical of our work. You're already thinking smart by not immediately responding with your initial emotional reaction.
If I'm a potential guest and I see an unreasonable negative review I actually become more interested when I see the owner respond politely. If I see a location has only positive 100% scores I automaticly devalue all the positive comments because I assume the negative ones are being censored.
Some people just like to complain, if a future potential customer is turned off by- I couldn't read or follow instructions, and I have no self control towards what I stuff in my face... you probably don't want to deal with them as a customer anyway.
Negative feedback is also a good chance to improve your business practices too. If the information is too long and boring to read maybe you can highlight and shorten the presentation in your communications. I always try to be polite to everyone, but I also assume that everyone is easily distracted or tired or just plain dumb. Some people need more handholding than others.
Don't forget your business is not you. You will never make everyone happy all the time. They are allowed to be disappointed, you can try to reduce the disappointment but it will never be eliminated.

For some specific fields, but I suspect a whole portion of the data collection is done via automated processes, so at the very least it would obscure and obfuscate his identity. If they won't delete the data he can take small steps to make it less usable.
Worst case scenario: update all the data fields you're allowed to change into nonsense. Change the address to some political party headquarters - all your linked accounts update the numbers to 123456 or something. Identify as a different gender. Change your birth year to 1776, all that sort of thing.
Their system is built for collecting data... it doesn't have to be the right data!

Think of it more as guidelines or suggestions. #grownostr should be more like cooking than baking. You can afford to be a little loosey-goosey with the details, and everyone likes things spiced differently. The main thing is that you're here and you're participating. Skip some days, maybe the true value is a few good posts a week, or a thought a day. Sometimes you can't force it, follow your muse: squeeze water and it squirts away.
Could you maybe can, freeze-dry or dehydrate and sell online? Peppers never grow great in my backyard, I would be personally interested in supporting a fellow Nostronian who could add some fire to my frozen tundra pantry.
Boost is just their term for repost. It is the same action.
