Father, Plumber, Bitcoiner, Knots Node Runner.

Here’s just a small portion of some options available on Knots, no code required! It’s easy and lightweight to run your own node right now, again, no coding required. Once the blockchain is full of spam and bloat data, it will become much more expensive and spec heavy to run your own node. Like Eth for example.

You don’t have to trust anybody when you’re able to customize the software your self. This argument about trusting Luke is a bit of a stretch. Knots allows full customization. Core devs want to REMOVE features from the software. I don’t care what they want to accomplish, it’s about my choices as a node runner. I came to Bitcoin for self sovereignty, not trusting elite devs to make choices, thats just fiat system all over again.

Oof imagine catching one of those hands? I can’t even begin to guess the PSI on those flailing arms…

Hope so! Full knots node almost fully synced here, made the switch yesterday.

Yeah my bank had a banner at the top of their app yesterday. Something about a vendor related credit and debit card issues. I barely read it and just rolled my eyes.

This may be one of the most important Bitcoin video this year. If you care about the network please watch and share this video.

I mean, I just want to stack Sats and have a small farm to support my family. I don’t want to have to pay the state royalties for something I already own. I can’t find in between where I’m becoming the state in this example but I’ll assume there’s more extreme scenarios

I don’t think there is a single crypto project that hasn’t had a pre mine distribution, dumped on retail to pump the bags of its creators or VCs. Bitcoin is the only immaculate conception that will never be created again

Would more than likely require more CPU, RAM, and a large SSD yes. Also, what about hardware wallets? They would also need to be upsized to be able to convey more data per transaction. And what if the display on the hardware wallet is too small to properly display all the data so you can’t confirm your own transaction anymore? Changes have a ripple effect across the whole space.

Do you honestly think it would just require a larger hard drive for larger blocks? Look up the requirements to run an eth node and get back to me. We keep things small and simple on L1 to not break anything. Bitcoin has the most secure network ever seen and people still think they want to change it, just human nature I suppose to mess with shit.

Ok and what about the nodes that are too small to support the larger block sizes? Blockchain bloat will only make node running more expensive and incentivize large players, not mom and pops to run Core. There’s already been blocksize wars, and you lost.

Got a wheely seedling starter cart built today. 192 seedling cells, each shelf has its own grow light on a timer, and a warming pad.

First time starting veggies inside, still about a month away from our last frost, but figured I’d get moving on the project.

On a side note, how much would you pay for a setup like this? Assembled and trays filled with dirt. All you would need to do is plant your own seeds and plug in the cart.
