In my experience:

Just sit around and try to think about only one single thing.

It's important to focus on one thing only - could be anything though; your body touching something while sitting, breathing, one particular noise, the flame of a candle, etc.

Register distracting thoughts but let them pass and return to your focus.

If you manage to calm your mind and keep the focus for 30sec straight, you're quite good already 😉

Having to provide KYC/AML verification to my insurance company in order to terminate the contract.

The issue is, they only accept the verification on written paper (not digital! 😒) and also only then, when it is signed and verified by either my bank, a lawyer/notary or a tax advisor.

Neither of those is available on the weekend 😑

So in order to get my money back I need to make an appointment, sign this shit and send it via mail (additional cost) to the insurance company.

This system is extortion, it needs to die as fast as possible!
