Just be like rich people and don't sell your bitcoin, borrow off of it forever. Then when you die (or before), don't let the government have any of it, either by burning it or by secretly passing it on to an heir who will successfully refuse to let the government take it. Might require them never moving it until they've moved to a new country that won't harass them on behalf of the U.S. government, or waiting until the smoke clears as other people start doing the same thing until taxes are no longer enforced.
