We could certainly use stronger local communities today rather than relying heavily on big corporations and governments to solve our problems. The key thing we always need in society is freedom. Freedom to form a small commune or freedom to start a business and live in a city. Any centralized power that forces any kind of economic structure is bad.

It is my intention to find more balance in my life and I believe if we all can find more balance we will live in a happier healthier society.

Mental health problems and chronic diseases are surely symptoms of such disconnection from the peace of being.

This deeper connection to nature is always within us. Ancient wisdom reminds us and our bodies cry for us to pay attention.

For the sake of the human world we must not forget its deeper connection to all things or else we will accidentally rip out our roots in a myopic stupor.

The human world is nature as is everything. The human world is neither good nor evil.

Words forge the human world of governments, economies, and religions.

Words dominate the modern mind, distracting our connection to nature in the name of connection.

Communication is a very important part of life on Earth, but words are representations of reality. Poor copies of experiences that lose quality with every utterance.

I wonder what life would feel like without knowing any language.

Love is innate. Hate is acquired, during our weakest moments, tired moments, loud times. Even in a state of hate the body will turn back to love given a strong opportunity, a compassionate opportunity, a quiet time.

Truth is a process. A detangling of miscommunications that when achieved resembles a calm humble appreciation for life rather than a loud celebratory revelation.

Ted Nelson has a great vision that was ahead of his time and remains relevant. We could use innovative ways of linking documents to their sources in the age of rapid misinformation. It amazes me how many journalists today don’t even link to official documents.
