Curious about this. Has anyone heard about adding *. social* as a domain to use in multiple social media platforms? Like BlueSky and Masterdon.
Yes, it is a peaceful domain. We only fight squirrels but even that struggle has ended quietly.
Don't you feel like they slowly expand the suburbs to include the rural folks? It's called suburban sprawl for a reason. ☹️
Agree. But I get to remain Empress of The Patio and Coffee, right?
The sad part is that he didn't benefit financially from his work.
Wait, I read this wrong. I'm actually a 12. Oops.
For the Cilantro (Coriander) lovers out there who want to grow it but can't in their climate nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n
Try Vietnamese Coriander (Persicaria odorata). An aquatic or semi-aquatic plant that loves the heat, as long as it's in water or kept moist. It'll survive some cold and light frosts if kept under cover, I've had it in water that froze overnight and it keeps going.
Easy to propagate from cuttings.
The taste, for me, is almost indistinguishable from Cilantro and the leaves are easier to deal with.

Good morning 🌞
I voted early this morning. Felt like I had to so the water fund will be passed.
On another note, have you heard of a YouTube channel called Audrey's Little Garden? Interesting tips for small scale backyard gardens like mine all the way to large in ground gardens.
Some of us lived through this.
The Carrington Event. What if we had a geomagnetic storm tomorrow? Would our systems survive? I completely forgot there were two similar events, one in 1989 and one in 2012.
That's what they call it now? 🫢
Buster! I'm surprised the speakers didn't mention the boss dog. The hospital closing is also a common issue. Rural communities have minimal access to healthcare.
I must be the most boring person on earth. I seriously love sitting alone in the morning sun with my coffee. The only sounds are the wind chime and the breeze. And for the bonus the smell of the neighbor's flowering shrub is blown over to me. So nice. I know I'm a loner and I do like being around people. But how do you deny yourself time to let go and just feel whatever form of paradise God gives you at the moment? How do you explain that the important thing you're in the middle of is daydreaming about nothing specific, just how perfect everything seems? And that doesn't mean I don't think about my responsibilities. It's just that they really can wait. Things that feel like heavy burdens are easier to carry after you've rested. ☕💋
I became a civil engineer because of the potential to improve the standard of living for ordinary people. The fact that it could be accomplished with basic physics or with the latest technology was part of the appeal. There's also the economic aspect of it that forces me to focus on the real problem that needs to be solved when designing.

Do you have your Bitcoin Basics podcasts as a playlist anywhere?
Oh nice! Yeah in our area I think fall is the new spring, everything seems to pop this time of year.
That's what it seems like.
