Men generally don't care about a woman's intelligence or income. Men are wired to seek youth and fertility from their partners, whereas women are wired to seek provisioning and protection from theirs. This is broadly speaking and simplified of course and can vary depending on individual personality traits and preferences. Additionally, intelligence really isn't the most important factor when it comes to finding a suitable wife which most men would likely admit to desiring on some level. Several desirable traits come to mind that one might seek first, such as patience, compassion, family orientation, kindness, nurturing and compliance.

TL;DR

We recognize intelligent women, we just don't care about that.

I try to post mostly positive things, which can be hard these days, but here's a good one:

https://adnauseam.io/

It is a browser extension that silently clicks on all those ads, polluting the advertisers' data streams.

If used by enough people, it would mean that, to the advertiser, it'll look like they got lots of clicks buy not lots of sales.

This means the value of clicks will go down, which means less profit for people who serve up ads.

If you promote this extension, you will be hurting American companies who are just trying to make ab buck. Companies like Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Google, X, and others. You wouldn't want to make life more difficult for them... would you? 😈🀣

I know it has instructions to install this on Chrome but frankly I don't have time to sort that out yet.

"Here we go loopty loo

Here we go loopty li

Here we go loopty loo

All on a Saturday night"

Why do we only go with loopty loo on a Saturday night? Why not Monday? Why not Thursday?

Who is loopty loo and who is this loopty li fellow? How do they know each other? Are they friends? Colleagues? Twins?

Where are we going with them and why? Is it professional business or leisure?

There are a lot of questions I feel need answered before I'll be totally comfortable with these goings-on.

Agreed. My daughter and mother and wife and sister and several cousins and aunts and grandmother are all female and I see no issues with this.

The problem is that everything is increasingly treated this way. I bought a Canon R6 for $3600 and then only 2 years later did the mark II come out for basically the same price.

Dishwashers, clothes washers/dryers fridges and microwaves are no different. Not only is it not the cheap stuff, it's more obvious in the more expensive things.

Fair point! It was years ago that I started manually switching my computers over to a dark-type theme. I've done that sort of thing ever since.

Too much strain on eyes, battery life etc. Dark theme 100% more serviceable.
