This cut in the photo is quite cheap.I paid $7 for it.
Overall, I eat about 1 kg of meat a day, and the price for 1 kg ranges from $7 to $35 for steaks.
I spend around $16β18 per day on meat for this amount.
I'll try to share more about my spending in a few months.

Couldn't eat earlier today, got really hungry, so I cooked a lot.
Before/after:
Dinner:
- 1 kg of braised meat (80 minutes) from the market
- 1 kg of meat stewed in some special wood-fired style
- heavy cream instead of sauce
- Tea
Decided to skip the eggs for now today.

GOOD MORNING PEOPLE
EAT FREE.
As usual breakfast:
- 600 grams of fat cottage cheese with heavy cream
- 0.5L of bone broth
- coffee
all i eat i post there
i just drink it about 0.5Litre in the morning with cottage cheeses as i donβt have much time for breakfast after I wake up
but its really save to drink it anytime you want any amount
let me know
I suggest to drink it for 3 weeks to check the results and then drink it occasionally
itβs very easy
- Get some bones, any kind will do. No need for anything fancy.
- Boil the bones, place them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 6-8 hours of more (I usually cook for 8 hours)
- Salt, I do it before eating
- Top up the water, as the broth simmers, water will evaporate. Just add more as needed
Tip: You can use the cheapest slow cooker for this, set it and forget it
