Today’s late lunch before hitting the gym.
before/after.
Lately, I’ve noticed my hunger kicking in more after having cottage cheese with bone broth in the morning. It’s like my body’s asking for more meat — and honestly, it tastes better than ever.
There’s even this weird sense of excitement when I’m cooking… almost like I’m dancing around the kitchen.
Lunch:
- 700g steak
- 10 eggs cooked in tallow
- Some butter
Simple, heavy, and exactly what I needed.

today’s breakfast as usual:
- 600 grams of fat cottage cheese
- 0.5L of beef bone broth

my today’s very late lunch
- 1kg of meat
- 10 eggs

I wish the “like button” will be replaced with 1 sats zap
A few cool updates I like:
- I feel very calm.
- My focus has improved.
- I sleep deeply but for fewer hours — around 6.5 to 7 hours — and I don’t use an alarm.
- I started feeling naturally tired in the evening, closer to nighttime.
- Eating this much is becoming less and less challenging, and even brings me joy.
- I started eating a lot of salt and really enjoy it — I don’t know why, but I like it.
- And one thing that surprised me — because I was sure it would be the opposite — is that this diet has actually become cheaper. I’m spending about 30% less than I did on my usual diet, and it looks like it might get even cheaper. I track my finances closely, so I know this for sure, but I need more time to see the long-term trend since I often buy in bulk, and some of the food I purchased last month is still being used this month.
Life is good

relax, the only defense we have against all this and future political shit is bitcoin.

вау прикольный вывод, страшно теперь становится
покупать на максималках надо
как это понять, не задержимся
I went to the market, I go on Sundays.
Bought some food for the week:
- 3kg of the most super fatty cottage cheese
- 1kg of the fattest heavy cream
- 60 homemade eggs
- 2kg of beef hearts
- 1kg of some beef ribs
- 1kg of some beautiful dark red meat
- 1kg of some other beef meat
- Also bought 2kg of bones with marrow, and 2kg of backbones for broths.
A very late dinner (at 11:30 PM).
I was at training today.
After breakfast, I didn’t eat anything. When I got home, I decided to go to a café, have some coffee, and read a book.
But since breakfast was almost 12 hours ago, I ended up ordering a dish at the café — it had 150 grams of meat, 100 grams of mashed potatoes, and 50 grams of mushrooms — really small portion.
When I got home, I made myself dinner:
10 eggs (I noticed I’m getting used to eating them — it’s becoming easy)
1 kg of stewed meat
And I feel very satisfied. Satisfied with how life is going and how lucky I am in many ways.

Thank you
I will
It’s been about 2.5 months on a low-carb, animal-based diet, basically a version of carnivore.
The results have been very positive. Many small issues with my skin and inflammation have gradually improved.
In the near future, I plan to reduce the amount of dairy and eggs, as fatty meat intuitively feels more nourishing for both my body and mind.
When I first started, eating this much food, especially meat, felt challenging. But as my diet and hunger adapted, I realized that meat, particularly with good fat, is the core of this way of eating.
The main challenges for me right now are still the cost and the cooking process, but I’m feeling more motivated to stick with it because of the benefits I’m experiencing.
I didn’t struggle with mental health issues before, but I now feel even more mentally strong. I’ve also noticed some improvements in my workouts, though it’s hard to say if that’s directly due to the diet since it’s only been about three months.
