Damn, Nostr! Eight months ago I didn't know how to send a f...g Sat. Now, I send and receive Sats in Nuts, and I teach others. When someone says that you can't teach an old dog new tricks, he's full of shit.

And this is thanks to all of you! 🙏🫂🫡💜

It’s been about 2.5 months on a low-carb, animal-based diet, basically a version of carnivore.

The results have been very positive. Many small issues with my skin and inflammation have gradually improved.

In the near future, I plan to reduce the amount of dairy and eggs, as fatty meat intuitively feels more nourishing for both my body and mind.

When I first started, eating this much food, especially meat, felt challenging. But as my diet and hunger adapted, I realized that meat, particularly with good fat, is the core of this way of eating.

The main challenges for me right now are still the cost and the cooking process, but I’m feeling more motivated to stick with it because of the benefits I’m experiencing.

I didn’t struggle with mental health issues before, but I now feel even more mentally strong. I’ve also noticed some improvements in my workouts, though it’s hard to say if that’s directly due to the diet since it’s only been about three months.
