My #vibe at the 9-5 knowing I received 5k sats yesterday working on my #Nostr content.
If you have your own domain get that #NIP05 verification. Im seeing a lot of people chase down more complex features, start with the basics, get that low hanging fruit out of the way.

Nice! I’m setting up a relay soon, like this week timeframe, you have your own hosting setup, get that NIP05 going!

I’m finding discussion the norm as opposed to argument, which is refreshing. But, we are early and all interested, we are bound by a common element, when people feel that the “have” to get plugged into Nostr, that’s when the bad actors will start arriving.
Every single day.

I’m seeing this, but I’m still not in any paid relays….
This whole topic is sort of bananas, everyone should be on some public relays and if you want a “clean global” you should flip some switches to browse the appropriate relays, but the real source of content should, imo, be the post list from the people we follow.
Problem is, at least on #damus, we can’t simply deactivate a relay without totally striking it from our list. Which is not convenient for testing, granted, there are other clients that might make that testing/switching easier.
Leverage automation aggressively and selfishly.
If you can do “40 hrs of work” in 30 hrs, you have given yourself a raise.
Followed, I’m coming along for the ride.
As I’m watching little mermaid right now with my 2 year old daughter, she sees this and is in love lol. She brought her Ariel figure over to look at it.
To my followers, thanks a ton! I to celebrate my first #Zaps, all #verified and #zap enabled accounts just got 50 #sats.
If you aren’t verified but would like to be I’ll verify your account at technicallyagile.org for a zap of any amount. #DM and #zap me.
I don’t know who you are, but I do know that you are my favorite person on the internet. #Zap #WoS

The only #productivity software allowed by default at my work is whatever MS garbage is available.
Taking things into my own hands, I wrote a brief essay about “citizen development” and other such buzz words, dumped it into an IT request for admin access to my machine. To my surprise it was approved. And now, despite corporate’s best efforts, I am actually productive, and automating my work to the max.
Don’t be intimidated by ignorant management directions, demand admin access, get rights to the server, and never compromise your efficiency.
If you can get “40 hrs of work” done in 30, you’ve just given your self a raise.
I use #timeboxing to help set targets for my teams work, I find my teams are much more responsive to “Let’s see how much we can get done by XX date” rather than “Item 1 due Tuesday, 2 due Thursday, and 3 next Friday”
The specific due dates are more for my personal task management.
I’m actually living on due dates. My next step on leveling up my productivity is adding priority to key task, but the first step is assigning a due date for each and every task that comes across my inbox that I don’t immediately complete. This clarifies my day today immensely.
I’m addition to the due dates the task are associated with the specific project they are for. The urgency of my various projects helps define my since of priority.
Nice, and same on Zettelkasten, been borrowing form it for a while.
Speaking of which, Scott Scheper kindly provided me with a copy off his book on the subject which he released over the holidays.

⚡️Zaps take the phrase “Penny for your thoughts” literally. ⚡️
