This is more a relay issue and not a nostr issue imo, maybe one feature paid relays will offer is that they will let you delete posts, however you couldn’t ever really be sure because you aren’t running the relay yourself

Idea: make a tool that creates a Nostr mirror for popular twitter users and let people zap those posts. Then when that user joins nostr, they post their npub on their twitter account and a bot sends them all those sats.

Before I finally understood bitcoin I played around with some DeFi stuff on ethereum and basically couldn’t do anything because of gas fees.
