Oh man, I love it! I think it helps me avoid unnecessary conflicts because most of the time I talk myself out of it, unless I have a strong conviction. I only have them with people (in my head) that I’m close to on a regular basis so that’s only a handful perhaps if I interacted with more people it might become a problem? But I find it helps me build up a more conclusive picture. Sort of like my form of meditation, helps clear out my mind. Thanks for the input though, glad you found peace with it!

What I love most about the depth of some books is how they lead me down various rabbit holes, each taking me to a new and fascinating world. I rarely finish a book cover to cover because I get engrossed in researching the words and ideas within it. However, I love returning with a deeper understanding of the book's message. I find that each rabbit hole adventure is like a layer that builds on the previous one, making it easier to interact with these complex ideas and systems in a more intuitive way.
