I own the greatest folder of memes on nostr. ⭕️ Opinions expressed are mine, not expert advice. Information shared is for educational and entertainment purposes only, not as a substitute for professional guidance.

It’s just over saturated. Theres nothing left to talk about so they grab at fleeting topics or get ultra philosophical and talk about how bitcoin is the Holy Spirit in software form 😂

Maybe as a bribe for his re-election

That was really good lmao

This one is cool because I combined all the religions and now everyone can get along

Well I do know because it says it right here in this cool new hip religion

I feel similarly. Used to listen to RHR every week. Felt like I didn’t gain anything useful most of the time. Following current events is almost always just rage bait and the issues are typically forgotten after a week or two. I find that sticking to theories and concepts are much more useful. The info is more likely to help you over a long period of time in various contexts. On the other hand, current event stuff is mostly rage bait. Once I identify the psyop, I try to move on. I don’t care or need to break it down or analyze it. Charlie Kirk was a psyop imo but once I recognized that, I didn’t bother going down the rabbithole about why or how it came to be. I’ve seen videos of people explaining different angles and how another shooter must’ve been on campus blah blah blah. The small details don’t matter they just waste your time. And life’s too short for me to waste more time on rage bait and psyops.

I imagine that the fact they look alike is just an indication that they’re not very different genetically. I can sometimes tell the difference between Pakistanis and Indians. Pakistanis are a little lighter. But I definitely have confused the two and they usually get offended when I do 😂

Harry Browne’s take on this is that you should only expend the necessary amount of effort that you’d hope someone else would expend trying to help you. And it didn’t take much to gain my interest on these topics. So I’m definitely doing too much even based on my own standards and what I’d expect for myself.

I don’t think the purpose of the story was to be educational but to provide a realistic illustration of what the collapse would look like. For example, the uncle in the story had a farm and was self sufficient. Great for him, he managed to get by the most difficult times. But then the government returned to power and took the farm. I thought it was a brilliant depiction.

I thought so too. I really liked the moment when he crossed state lines and the fear he had thinking that he was going to die. But then they realized that the government is broke and can’t afford to do all the scary things they convinced the public of. Which is just another way of illustrating that their powers were based on made up threats but it still takes a lot of courage to break out of that. I thought it was brilliant.
