If you are spending more time blocking on nostr than with friends, the individual must have some real social problems. It sounds like it isn't the environment but the individuals lack to deal with the environment.

I have only seen maybe four social-justice-warrior trolls and a couple of troll-trolls. But definitely not an issue with nostr.
Also the example you gave is heavily biased and shows nothing of the problem. The "I am a marginalized woman and you don't understand me" doesn't work. We are all marginalized these days and everybody is a unique individual. This means nothing to me. Please give examples of the exact problem.

If nostr gets under one's skin they won't be able to survive anywhere. This is one of the most supportive networks because there are no algorithms to trigger responses.
I only saw her get drilled once for something so stupid I can't even remember it but that happens to everyone, am really surprised.

I understand this western perspective and feel sad for people stuck in this type of mentality.
From an eastern perspective work seems to be more about what value do you bring to the community. That job is you, you should enjoy it, be passionate about it and help other people.
Personally I have adopted work as being a vehicle that gets you closer to your longer goal. I learned skill sets that have allowed me to travel Asia, raise a family in English, brew my own beer and now starting into administration. Tough times but also rewarding times.
They choose their own destiny, I don't have to give them anything. But if I were to see potential I would definitely invest.
I was referring to being coerced into giving taxes to the government and not expecting them to be competent enough to deliver anything in return. That is a sad life, which many people are starting to discover.
