Ok, it’s reached worldwide status, but how does it go from here to something as big as the other networks such as twitter or facebook. Is it just time and development or does something have to happen?
Why is it so hard to start up a new social network like Damus? And what does Damus need to achieve worldwide status?
Interesting thought: every single day more people reach the age that they might buy bitcoin, even if not right now but maybe in next bull market. Every day there’s probably much less people that are never going to buy bitcoin that bought it previously or own it now. Everyday people die of old age, who were likely not to buy but they redistribute wrath to younger people
Finally found decent deadlifting solution to sore back: apparently I had an anterior tilted pelvis kind of causing an arch in my back where lots of pressure built when deadlifting. The solution: keeping the bar closer to me the entire way so there less torque pressure on my back and consciously thinking about keeping my pelvis more upright
Idk been playing with ordinals a bit, have been in and out of Damus as don’t find it as fun now that global has much more spam
Is there anyway to get an English only global chat?
Imagine if btc starts the bull market off china stimulus and then when the us finally pivots it speeds up the bull market even more 🤔
Imo bitcoiners who say rising transaction fees due to inscriptions are bad due to it makes it more expensive for the unbanked to use bitcoin. And also say bitcoin miners will be payed when the block reward runs out are a little hypocritical.
