Got some personal work done. Did nothing work related. Wanted to skip writing this entry real bad, but then what is the point of doing this if I only highlight my good days

Recently I have been thinking a lot about the role of religion on society and the individual's life. Also watching some philosophy related videos whenever I get free time

I had internalized the fact that I am the universe itself and not a separate entity long ago. But only after reading and listening to Watts recently, I came to realize that what constitutes that "I" is itself a very interesting question

Woke up kinda confused. Got some work done related to WalletScrutiny. But mostly spent my time in some type of mental fog. Not having mental clarity has been a problem lately, probably related to my diet? Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

This is the first post of this public journal that I will be maintaining via Nostr. I will be sharing things that I read or watched, work that I did, and everything else that I'm comfortable making public. I don't know why you would find it interesting, but I'll be posting it nonetheless.

It's June 11th here already, but this entry is for June 10th.

Had a really bad stomach issue this morning. Couldn't sleep well last night, probably because of the same problem. I was at a friend's place, rushed back home, and slept most of the day. Managed to get some work done after dinner.

Anyone working on a nostr client that doesn't show the newest posts first, but instead starts with the oldest posts that you haven't yet seen?

I like reading certain WhatsApp and Telegram group chats without saying anything, and would prefer that same experience for my nostr feeds

The comment wasn't for you, it was for other client devs. If the only content reports one sees are from a centralized entity people are going to be pissed, like they are already. Also, where are NIP-68 and 69? I have read through all the NIPs and pending PRs but can't remember coming across them

This is not how you do reports on nostr, no one likes this shit, even if it's done with good intentions. A better way to do it would be to utilize WoT. Let's say you visit a profile, your client can show if there are any reports from your WoT about impersonation for example. Or hide a post from an algo driven feed if that post has been reported by some profiles in your WoT etc. There can then be moderation bots that auto generate reports for posts that people can follow if they want a cleaner timeline. Clients should also give people the option to turn off this feature.
