https://walletscrutiny.com https://nostr.info Working on Bitcoin, Nostr and being a good dad.

If you are in it for the beer, Oktoberfest is not a must. Only six brands of beer - those that historically brew from Munich water - are selling there. Those are also the breweries that dominate the wonderful Biergärten, so no big variety there neither. But there are bars that specialize in offering more brands and types and of course you can visit breweries. Andechs monastery - been there on Saturday - is beautiful but there is probably hundreds of breweries of all sizes that offer tours.

Don't tell me Nostoberfest 2023 is a thing. I'll be in Munich until first week of Oktoberfest. Sadly it's virtually impossible to get a seat in a tent on short notice. That said, if you want to organize Nostoberfest 2024, you have to get your reservations in January I think. On the day reservations open.

Those backup services fill a need but we should also try to avoid breaking stuff. If you identify a client that trashes contact or relay lists, open an issue and if the issue isn't resolved in a week, please, please call them out in an increasingly aggressive way. If not fixed for a month, publicly warning people to not use that client is warranted.

Parametrized replaceable events (30000-39999) are a superset of them. How underrated are they?

Never make promises you are not determined to keep. I'll figure it out.

On a German flee-market we found this beauty for just $3:

but left it at our AirBnB with a promise to buy one back in Chile. I had no idea how hard it would be to find a not-too-drifty, low-seat trike like that. So far it's between paying +$200 to buy an inferior product or breaking a promise :(

Congrats!

Share your shell history. Can't be that long. ;)

@monlovesmango your https://t.co/JnSxbmvM4L cert expired.

The pogo sticks had me confused. What's the reference there?

Looking at other people profiles this must be it.

Snort question: What is the difference between "block" and "mute"? Or is there a nip defining these terms?

Curiously "closed source" is not at all the issue here.

This is a shared custody situation which is arguably worse than custodial as it produces plausible deniability for both parties.

If a custodial service does funky things with the stuff under custody, all know they did and the question is if the owner asked them to do so. Here, users could do funky stuff and claim ZEBEDEE did or they could have a rogue employee doing the funky things and nobody would know.

As for the open/closed source situation: In nostr, keys can be protected from closed source clients quite efficiently already and should never be provided to any client regardless of the source being available.

Can't make this up. There appears to be a KYC-Coin and a KYCC wallet on Android which is provided to you by ... wait for it ... "KYC&AML Ltd"

Who even comes up with the idea the world would need this?

Struggling to work with 10°C less than that. But in Texas you won't find a home without AC, so ... easy.

I've been to Iran. Great time with friendly people.

Still, your call to free the oil ... how do you see this practically achieved? Stop messing with other countries regardless the reason. US did not "liberate" Chile, Guatemala or a bunch of other countries over oil.

Ah, glad it actually *was* you. You said 5%/week? I still wonder how you do this but ... you're the man!

What do you mean by "Free the oil"? Iran is under a heavy embargo and the economy suffers from not being able to sell or buy internationally but what exactly are you suggesting?
