I don’t go anywhere without ear plugs and eyeshades, but I’m a very light sleeper. A couple of weeks before, I start placing clothing & stuff on table when I think of them. Also make a list. Packing night before caused me stress for nothing. Started carry-on only, so I bring minimum and do laundry if needed. I spent 3 weeks in Peruvian Amazon with only carry-on sized backpack. This requires careful organizing of toiletries such as buying travel sizes or transferring into smaller containers. 😂🤙🏻
