No other ingredients, just milk and the mother yogurt, so if you buy 1 small cup of yogurt, you can make like 100x yogurt or more - preferably plain, not flavored, as you should only flavor it when you eat it

You may use honey to sweeten it, put sesame seed oil, EVOO or Balsamic vinegar for yogurt on salads

Yogurt may be eaten plain, and it's a perfect aid to most disgestive system problems
