If you officially include bitcoin in your accounting, it is treated (in Austria at least) as a foreign currency. You must document when, which invoice was paid, with which amount and at which exchange rate.

You can’t expect tech that can survive attacks from any nation state to also succeed instantly

So I’ll reiterate my point that powerful bitcoin ETFs are probably the best although not great option if you want bitcoin to have some power at the centralised bargaining table

Bitcoin also has the double early-adopter problem for nation states in that not only does it make other states look bad and be less competitive if your country adopts it, it also makes it harder for the new state to raise taxes through skimming transactions like vat or gst, or by printing money, both being necessary at the moment to defend yourself from invasion by jealous legacy fiat states. Hence my wish is probably just a wish for now
