do you think DNS or ENS is more decentralized? Or do you have another alternative naming system you can propose?

no, when I first got into the space I was looking to create a decentralized name register and was working on namecoin for awhile, but then I need access control for the said names. While threshold signatures are one way to do this I found EVM based smart contracts to be more suitable and flexible.
