The biggest market draw-downs in US history range from 50-80%. While these did result in near insurmountable pain to those traders and their families, with no disrespect to them, these type of draw-downs are nothing for bitcoiners because we understand the end game. Nothing stops the endless printing of fiat and there's only one asset with a mathematically provably limited supply.

I was like, he gets it!! And then he said, ‘yeah it’s all going to crypto, do you know how fast XRP does transfers’. I said, XRP is not centralized, it is a security. He said, ‘no, it’s decentralized but the government wants it centralized.’ I said, no, it has a group of people, a foundation and pre-minted coins, the code can be changed, etc..
