Today, I'm smoking a cigar while on Nostr and continuing to educate myself on how to become even more decentralized in my everyday life!
Even though we have had major progress in technology that changes everyday for the good, there is always a downside. Unfortunately, a lot of the technology that is used today by everyday people has caused society to degrade at a much quicker and more disturbing pace.
This trend will continue and we will see further degradation of society in the masses.
I'm building my own space away from the noise to hopefully live in peace and balance out everyday life and the use of technology. Balance is key.
I just recently deleted telegram. I have no use for it especially since joining Nostr.
I have heard other people having those kinds of side effects while transitioning to keto as your body adapts. They call it the keto flu which should subside.
I myself haven't had any negative side effects and I have plenty of energy throughout the day and only need about two meals in a day as I feel satiated eating this way.
