It blows my mind that a mere 14 years later, we had #Bitcoin

If you get along well, you could ask to cultivate veggies in her garden. Gardening is a great activity too, besides saving a bunch on high quality groceries.

For meat, I recommend buying directly from a farmer if possible

Do you have your own garden?

Makes sense, although it has several "single throat to choke" issues: a company, an app in oligopoly app stores. Decentralizing one's online presence should really be done via some kind of uncensorable protocol. If only there was such a thing that they could integrate with

Valint & Balk sounds suspiciously like Vanguard & Blackrock. Any 'The First Law' trilogy readers out there?

Lol, they actually sent a copyright cease and desist to Bitcoin magazine... Are they admitting that they already have such an Orwellian reputation, that people will think it's their actual logo?

I agree that hitting a like button takes no 'work', but I think that's not the point.

The point is to endorse something. It's a social gesture, like typing out the words "I like it".

Zapping is ok, but to a random man on the street, see which of these they would prefer, when you respond to them on something they said:

1. Telling them "Good point, I like it", or:

2. Giving them a fraction of a cent/penny
