I've had "expert" opinions in favor and not in favor of coffee. I regard both of their opinions. Nothing points directly to I'll effects from coffee, although adrenals and nervous system are activated. If one drinks coffee on an empty stomach it could spike blood sugar in some.
I think the only knock on coffee is that its addictive. Who wants to be addicted to anything?
My personal opinion only... Decaf is not very healthy, based on method of the decaffenation process.

With the tech today, it's possible to bring a live feed from almost anywhere. My company live streamed from the jungles of Costa Rica in fact, it was a Nostr "unconference".

If you buy "rink boards" at an NHL arena, you would expect that your logo, ad, slogan etc would appear when the TV camera panned the action on the ice. Not the case. With AI and video tech, the actual rink board images are erased and other advertisement (sold by the TV broadcaster) is in it's place.
If we're my ad $, I'd be looking for a deep discount. Only 1/2 the arena, approx 10,000 impressions are made. Whereas the TV audience reach would be 10x for even a small market team.

Wow this is disappointing news for Egyptians. At 1% / day, savings will be wiped in a little more than 3 months. Venezuela and Argentina showed the way, preserve wealth with savings technology. You'd think this was a no-brainer but maybe I'm too close to #Bitcoin. The fear of further loss by savers is causing psyco-sclerosis and they are missing a solution that could make all the difference.
The next Egyptian spring could be a monetary revolt if savers banned together.

If I were the marketing guys at Tidal, I'd be jumping all over this. It promotes their platform (Tidal) on the coolest decentralized social protocol (Nostr) and gives the "Tidal Rising" artist exposure to the ideal demographic who are consumers of digital music distribution. Now they can tip/support the artist directly.
The "Just Loud / Ainsley Costello" live concert stream about 10 days ago, proved that the community on Nostr are supportive both interactively and monetarily, zapping over 7 million sats direct to the artists.
Give the new "Raising" artists the ability to link their Tidal tunes into their Nostr feed then depending on the listener engagement, the artist could follow that up with a live performance stream. This is essentially touring a new release only the venue is Nostr, no tour bus required, unlimited seating, sound mix has the potential to be perfect.
What a way to get the tunes seeded and in user's playlists. Concert dates at live venues could follow that.

I think I've answered my own question. If I want privacy, CLN is the way to go. If I want to expand to Bolt 12, only CLN supports that experimentally. Otherwise C vs Go is the coding difference which I have no experience with but can recognize there are trade offs and those might influence one's direction.
