i use eden.nostr.land and nostr.wine and my own relay which is a wip...

i had been loyal to our dear hodlbod and trying to use coracle but it gossips too much and nostrudel lets me set up test profiles that i can really see the relay working fully, apart from it's clunky DM decrypt button

it's better to have a few relays, i rarely have more than 6, nostr.band is good also

the people who hype gossip model are good in the sense that they are helping ensure this protocol is permeable but for development purposes we need relay model

nostrudel devs seem to pretty much get this

also i think you should be zapping the devs of nostrudel, i'm not a nostrudel dev, can't scratch out a hello world on a web browser hardly

people who are so high time preference they can't spend time on messaging their family are already beyond redemption

another of the most prevalent knife-crimes in the world right now is serrated tomato knives

again... 10 seconds honing, and i can slice tomato, cucumber, lettuce, onions, garlic, whatever you want, with near 1mm thickness and it's not even a fancy knife and it's not even that sharp by my personal metrics (if i can't shave with it, it's blunt)

i spend about 10 seconds honing my one and only blade in my kitchen right now, once a day, and i'm sharpening it against the back of a serrated edge steak knife

it's so easy it's sad so few people know how easy it is, hell i could sharpen the blade against the edge of my granite topped benches, or any given glass bottle

the difference in comfort using my actual utility knife as a "steak knife" versus using a steak knife is completely a no-contest

my 10 second a day honed blade just smoothly cuts through any part of my goat chops that i care to try, gut, sinew, etc... hardly leaves a scratch on my plate, and compared that to spending 5 seconds every time i use a serrated steak knife just to cut a section off that 2 seconds work with a sharp blade

you just don't know what you are missing out on

serrated knives are either for bread (not food) or gumbies who have not noticed that these retarded knives are more dangerous and ineffective than a real sharp blade

serrations are at best useful for really hard cuts like the serrations in a kabar knife for cutting rope

every other use case for serration is stupid

serrations are for saws, not knives

there is no excuse to not know how to keep a blade sharp

i have got some audio courses as well but for me learning languages is a visual thing, so i got a book coming

i read constantly and wonder what i'm reading so this kind of information is massively helpful for me in acquiring understanding... and once i understand i have the tongue-training for these funny euro languages from 11 years on the continent it won't take much practice once i have the grammar and phonetics
